Altered Books "Friends Night Out"

CAA member and awarding winning Altered Book artist, Chris Frausto, will guide you through the process creating a work of art from a hardback book to include personal and found objects. Includes all necessary supplies.  

You will spend the evening creating a one-of-a-kind piece of art by altering existing hard bound books with images, fabric, ephemera, photos, jewels and other found objects. 

Chris will provide books, scissors, glue/attachments, ephemera, and embellishments.

Suggested items for you to bring:

• Craft apron or wear an old T-shirt.
• Your own favorite scissors, if you have them.
• Personal items such as photos, images, and objects.
• Anything to embellish and build your piece.
