About the event

The calendar says that summer is over. The kids are back at school. The  nights are coming sooner. And our thoughts are shifting towards Autumn.  With a new season upon is, it is time to hold another virtual art  challenge! This time around we are doing just two themes collected in  the month of October on the 16th and 30th.

The first theme is... Masquerade Ball!  Think about masks, costumes, music, dancing, and celebration. Explore  mediums of papier-mâché, paint, mosaic tiles, clay, feathers, baubles  and beads. Make a masquerade ball mask, or anything else the theme  inspires in you, in 3D or 2D in whatever your medium of choice is. Entries  are due by 5pm on Friday October 16th. Cost $10 (or $15 for both  themes. K-12 students free). Limit 2 entries per person.
