About the event
Art Happens Here!
In the spirit of Halloween, we will paint fun abstract "monsters" using a technique loosely known as Splat Painting. Put a couple different colors of paint on a spot on your paper, then (gently!) splat it with the back of a spoon. The fun part is visualizing what shapes the little monsters take, and arranging paint to make a complete image. This is meant to be a break from routine -- nothing serious, just fun!
All materials provided.
You will get to take home your 5x7 Splat Monster painting(s).
