About the event
"Painting" With Denim - Create a Mountain Vista with Blue Jean Material
This is a workshop where the artist uses pieces of denim fabric in interesting ways. Inspired by Ian Berry, a Denim Artist who creates amazing artworks from recycled denim off-cuts. Your small mountain landscape will result in an appreciation for the large, detailed “paintings” that Ian creates.
Led by artists Leanna Griffin and Lani Britain, this is a Pay-The-Rent fundraiser for Corona Art Association. The registration fee is donated directly to the art association. This workshop has a minimum attendee quantity of 4 or more.

If possible, please BRING YOUR OWN SHEARS.
The denim fabric is thick, and the cheap scissors we have at the Gallery do not work the best.
