CAA member Becky Floyd will guide you through the process of stained glass mosaic of a Christmas (or pine) tree! This is a 2 DAY WORKSHOP on BOTH Sat., 12/4 from 2:00-6:00pm and Sun., 12/5 from 2:00-3:30pm. $25 for CAA members, $30 for non-members. Includes all supplies. Sign up online:
The City of Corona's Holiday Lighting Celebration is Sunday, Dec. 5 from 5-7pm at the Historic Civic Center; conveniently this is where CAA is located! We will be open late to welcome guests who want to shop for art and gifts. Come see us!
Saturday, Dec. 11th 4-6pm is our fundraiser Ornament Auction and Holiday Boutique. The public is invited to join us for a special holiday fundraising event! CAA artists will be donating handcrafted Christmas ornaments and holiday items for a silent auction, Sat., Dec. 11 from 4-6pm. 100% of proceeds will fund CAA community art programs and services! Hot drinks and sweets provided.
CAA MEMBERS: If you are able, please donate a hand-painted or hand-crafted Christmas Tree ornament or small decorative item with a holiday/wintery theme for this silent auction fundraiser. Please bring your entry to the CAA gallery before Dec. 9th. Invite your friends, family, neighbors, etc. to participate in the silent auction on the 11th!

We especially need donations to our Adaptive Art classes for kids and adults with special needs. These are taught at the Corona Library 100% by volunteers. We also want to offer more and larger scholarships to art students. Even during these pandemic years, we have been able to offer small scholarships to local students graduating from high school who will be majoring in art in college. Monthly meetings 6-8pm on 2nd Tuesday include lecture or demonstration. A $5 cash donation to the artist is suggested if there is a make-and-take. Laureen Pedroza will lead a make-and-take "PAINTBRUSH SANTA" demo! Members and prospective members only, please. We'll also be having our holiday potluck and gift exchange.
Members: 2022 Dues need to be paid by Dec. 31, 2021. Please renew online here: https://www.coronaartassociation.org/join-or-renew-membership or if you prefer, you can pay in the gallery or mail in your payment.
