Spooktacular Classes and Events in October!

Recent events:

President Laureen's "Farm Fresh Truck" paint project went a little "off the road" as a few participants decided to trick out their trucks for spookier traveling. We learned a lot and had such a fun afternoon.

Our grant-funded classes are rolling right along this fall with many seasonal projects being completed by Corona area youth. These classes are free to the participants thanks to the generosity of the Ruth and Joseph C. Reed Foundation for the Arts and a collaboration with the Stephan Center.

There are still many more classes coming up, so see below for flyers and of course, visit our website to register your child(ren).

Special thanks to Director of Volunteer Services, Karla Barney, for this fun little yarn candy corn art demonstration at our October General Meeting for members. We have something fun and educational every meeting for members to enjoy. General Meetings are held at 6pm on the 2nd Tuesday each month. Prospective members welcome!

The City's Halloweekend event took place on the City Hall's South Lawn on Saturday, October 15th. Unfortunately, the movie had to be cancelled, but the kids came out for fun, games, and trick or treating. CAA members Karla B. and Jan M., among others, were on hand to greet the folks. Special thanks to Jan for bringing her costumed M&M statues and Karla for bringing her crew.

Please help us support FREE Adaptive Art Classes for Teens and Adults with Special Needs by making a donation or buying one of our "Hearts for Adaptive Arts" ornaments hand-decorated by CAA members, and/or volunteering to help out.
